Where do you travel?
Free within 30 miles of our base. Beyond that we charge $1 per mile.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 14 days. Events 7 to 13 days out can request Fast Pass rush booking for an additional $150, paid in full at booking, subject to availability.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit locks your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event. You can also pay in full anytime.
What if it rains or snows?
We perform rain or shine indoors. Outdoor events from October through April need a covered backup plan. Weather cancellations become a reschedule credit for a new date within 6 months.
Do you serve alcohol?
We craft non-alcoholic experiences. For events that want a spirit option, clients provide alcohol per their venue's rules and we handle the rest with our spirit station add-on.
What do you need from the venue?
A table area, access to power if indoors and about 45 minutes for setup. We bring everything else.
What about allergies?
Every event includes an ingredient card at the station. Tell us about allergies in your booking form and we will plan around them.
What's actually in the drinks?
House-made, don't ask. (Allergen information is always available.)
